To achieve soft waves with a perm, you should first consult with a professional stylist who has experience with perming. They will be able to assess your hair type and recommend the best perm solution and technique for your desired result. During the perm process, your stylist will wrap your hair around large perm rods to create loose waves. After the perm is set, it's important to follow your stylist's aftercare instructions to maintain the softness and health of your waves. This may include using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners, avoiding heat styling, and using products specifically designed for permed hair. **

To enhance soft waves in your hair, start by applying a volumizing mousse to damp hair to add texture and hold. Then, use a large barrel curling iron to create loose waves by wrapping sections of hair around the iron and holding for a few seconds before releasing. After curling, run your fingers through the waves to loosen them and create a more natural look. Finish by spritzing with a light-hold hairspray to help the waves hold their shape. **

After closing on a property, a block refers to a period of time during which the property cannot be sold to another buyer. This block is typically in place to allow the buyer to complete their due diligence, secure financing, and finalize the necessary paperwork. Once the block period expires and all conditions are met, the property officially changes ownership to the buyer. **

The choice between a hard or soft beach volleyball ultimately comes down to personal preference and playing style. A hard volleyball is more responsive and provides better control, making it ideal for players who prefer a faster game and more precise ball handling. On the other hand, a soft volleyball is easier on the hands and arms, making it a better choice for players who prioritize comfort and want to reduce the risk of injury. Both types of volleyball have their own advantages, so it's important to consider your own playing style and preferences when making a decision. **

Soft drinks are called soft drinks because they do not contain any alcohol, making them non-alcoholic beverages. The term "soft" is used to differentiate them from "hard" drinks, which do contain alcohol. Soft drinks are also carbonated, giving them a fizzy or bubbly texture, which adds to their distinction from other types of beverages. **

Opera is closing because the company has decided to shift its focus away from the browser market and instead concentrate on other products and services such as its advertising and gaming businesses. The decision to close the browser was made in order to reallocate resources and streamline the company's operations. Additionally, Opera faced tough competition in the browser market from larger players like Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, making it difficult to sustain its position. **
